Vernon Henry Homes (VHH) are trusted , local residential home builders based in Queenstown. We build residential homes throughout the Central Otago and Southern Lakes regions.
We have a range of plans you can choose from (view our plans here) or use our design and build service to develop a home to suit your needs, section, style and budget. Alternatively we can build from plans you may already have developed.
We specialize in building homes that have architectural interest combined with practical designs, excellent workmanship and quality finishes.

The directors of VHH have both been involved in the construction and building industry for almost two decades. Their long standing involvement in construction has resulted in strong relationships with skilled trades people and building suppliers, which in turn means we work with people we know and trust to work efficiently and professionally.

What's in the name? Vernon Hart and Henry Bagust (the Grandfathers of the company directors) were both involved in the building of state housing in the 1950's. From their legacy of craftsmanship for building quality housing comes the Vernon Henry brand.
As a registered Master Builder, our homes also come with the 7 year Masterbuild Guarantee as well as a comprehensive guarantee relating to the individual components within the home (the VHH Lifetime Guarantee), and a maintenance program once a build is complete. Backed by these guarantees you can rest easy and put your trust in our building experience.
We are currently the leading builder in the Jack's Point development near Queenstown where we poured the first house foundation back in March 2006.
